ORDER PROCESS

In a simple world, the order process would just be: order. wait. receive.

Pero realistic tayo dito. Your brand is important so being thorough and meticulous is a must. Here is the step-by-step process.

1. Contact us

Call, email, or fill up our form – your choice!

Let us know what items you want, and what design you have in mind. Specifically the following: quantity, material, logos and other graphics to use. The clearer the instruction, the better! Some clients even provide a mock-up. 

If there’s a deadline for the project, let us know so we can determine if we have the resources to produce your order in a timely manner.

2. Get a quotation

We will send you a formal quotation containing the proposed price, our terms and conditions, and other important things to note about the project. This quotation has a one (1) week validity.

Once you have signed, the production for your order will officially begin. 

3. Receive a sample item

This is the part where you see your vision come to life. Hephep, hooray! 

We will send over the sample item for your review. Minor revisions can be done upon your request, and an updated sample will be sent. As revisions take time, please be mindful if you have a tight deadline!

Once you approve the sample, we will proceed with completing your order.

4. Sit back, kami na bahala!

Production takes about 2-3 weeks. Within this time, we’ll deliver your order right to your doorstep – with free delivery within Quezon City! Local charges will apply for nationwide deliveries. All balances must be settled upon delivery.
